It’s very easy to subdue to something which is disadventagious. The right state of mind requires some discipline. I’m no talking about creating anxiety in fear of things like panic attacs – that’s going overboard. However one has to be attentive to possibilities of mind wandering. Mind wandering usually ends up in trouble as mind has to be disciplined as it’s got inherent quality of negating and drifting all the time. Perhaps discipling is the wrong word but there has to be an order for the mind to be silent = not creating any turbulance. This reuires some skills to be learned.
